POSITION PURPOSE

Senior Marketing & Communication Executive is responsible for the execution activities of a wide range of projects.

In detail, Senior Marketing & Communication Executive will support Manager and Lead in communication tasks implementation, focusing on events to clients and influence, along with social media planning & reporting.

SCOPE OF WORK/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Build & implement communication strategy

  • Plan and implement 360° Marketing Communications campaigns (online & offline) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Propose creative communication ideas suitable for the characteristics of the luxury industry (luxury positioning, storytelling)

Brand & content management

  • Ensure consistency in visuals, messaging, and brand standards across all touchpoints (boutique, digital, social, PR, event)
  • Develop communication content (copywriting, concept, key visual direction) suitable for each campaign and each customer segment
  • Control the quality of communication materials (POSM, digital assets, press materials…)

Customer management & client engagement

  • Coordinate with the CRM / boutique team to build clienteling activities, VIP engagement, and enhance customer experience
  • Support the implementation of customer care, loyalty, and in-store activation programs
  • Deeply understand customer behavior and insights in the luxury segment

Event organization & activation

  • Plan and implement brand events: product launch, private event, VIP event, retail activation
  • Work with agencies, KOLs, media, and partners to ensure high-quality execution and a premium event image
  • Manage budget, timeline, and items related to event execution

Digital & media channel management

  • Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing activities: social media, website, CRM, email marketing
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content and messaging by platform
  • Coordinate with PR and media to ensure brand coverage and brand image

Analysis & reporting

  • Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion)
  • Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to improve communication
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and luxury industry insights

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of overall IMC and multi-channel campaign execution
  • High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and high execution standard
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict requirements for brand image

Skills

  • Project management skills, working with multiple stakeholders and agencies
  • Content creation capability, storytelling, and brand thinking
  • Data analysis skills and campaign performance evaluation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese)

Knowledge & Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with preference in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, high-end fashion) or Premium hospitality/ lifestyle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
