Senior Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Philadelphia, PA at Monark & Co.
Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator
Company: Monark & Co.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
About Monark & Co.
Monark & Co. is a marketing consultancy partnering with high-growth, creative-forward brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG. We operate as embedded growth and retention experts, supporting clients across retention, lifecycle, performance, ecommerce, content, and brand marketing. We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to provide cross-channel marketing support across client accounts and internal Monark & Co. initiatives. This person may support email, SMS, paid media, affiliate, influencer, organic social, content calendars, light copywriting, campaign setup, reporting, competitive research, and general project coordination depending on client needs. This is a great role for someone with at least one year of hands-on marketing experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn across many parts of a growing marketing consultancy. The role will likely begin as a part-time contractor engagement with the potential to grow into a larger or permanent role over time.
What You’ll Do
This role is intentionally cross-channel. Day to day, you may be helping build an email campaign, pulling performance data, researching affiliate partners, organizing a social calendar, QA’ing links, drafting copy, supporting paid media trackers, or preparing client-facing materials.
- Support marketing execution across email, SMS, paid media, affiliate, influencer, organic social, ecommerce, and content projects
- Assist with campaign setup, testing, scheduling, QA, and documentation across tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Shopify, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics, Meta, affiliate platforms, and other client systems
- Help maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, asset trackers, content calendars, campaign timelines, and approval workflows
- Support email and SMS campaign builds, segmentation, flow QA, A/B testing documentation, and reporting
- Assist with paid media, affiliate, and influencer coordination, including research, tracker updates, creative inputs, product pulls, links, and performance documentation
- Support organic social planning through content research, scheduling support, light copywriting, asset organization, and calendar maintenance
- Pull basic metrics and help prepare reporting, recaps, and analysis across client and internal Monark accounts
- Conduct competitive research, brand audits, website audits, content audits, and customer or user feedback research
- Support light copywriting, proofreading, creative QA, link checks, formatting, and presentation development
- Assist with client-facing decks, proposal materials, audits, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Monark principals, consultants, designers, and coordinators to keep projects organized and moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, social media, paid media, affiliate, or a related field
- Strong interest in building broad marketing experience across multiple channels, not just one specialty
- Experience supporting campaign calendars, marketing execution, reporting, research, or project coordination
- Email or lifecycle marketing experience is a plus, especially Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar tools
- Comfort working in Google Workspace, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong attention to detail and confidence QA’ing your own work
- Clear written communication and comfort with light copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- Basic reporting or analytics skills, with willingness to learn tools like GA4, Shopify, and platform dashboards
- Light creative or design support experience in Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and representing Monark & Co. professionally in meetings, emails, Slack channels, presentations, and other client-facing communications; able to communicate clearly, confidently, and thoughtfully with both internal teams and external partners.
- Curious, proactive, organized, and excited to learn inside a small but growing consultancy
