Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Development and Execution
Lead and implement strategies for demand generation to enhance channel revenue in marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora), including optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
Coordinate new product launches, ensuring detailed and accurate briefs for images and product descriptions.
Develop, monitor, and manage an assigned portfolio of brands/accounts, formulating a sound commercial strategy, including range and pricing.
Product Management
Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing strategies
Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Regularly generate and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Oversee e-commerce platform operations, focusing on functionality, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance online shopping experience, including checkout processes.
Campaign Management
Collaborate in the creation and execution of online promotional campaigns, monitoring sales and KPIs.
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Relationship Management
Establish strong relationships with partners (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok shop, etc.)
Support partners in store launches, sales campaigns, and brand events
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure comprehensive support.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field. Additional certificates in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
Proven track record in managing online sales and marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
