Role Description
The Senior Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing the merchandising processes at AOBA. Responsibilities include planning and developing merchandising strategies, sourcing materials, collaborating with design teams, analyzing market trends, and managing relationships with suppliers and retailers. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in New Delhi, offering flexibility for remote work alongside on-site collaboration and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Proven experience in customer service and the ability to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in sales and retail operations, with a history of achieving and exceeding targets
- Marketing expertise and the ability to analyze market trends to make informed merchandising decisions
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to optimize planning and sourcing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the fashion industry or a related field is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing collaboration and independent productivity
