We’re looking for “Senior Merchandiser” for one of our business partner in Textile Sector
Location: Istanbul/Esenyurt
Desired Skills and Experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Business or a related field,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions
- Commercial awareness and Negotiation skills,
- Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach,
- Availability for frequent travel within Turkey and abroad
Job Description;
- Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managed and track customer requests, including samples, projects and quotations.
- Contribute towards the development of the supplier
