This hybrid role involves direct client service at the salon and potential remote coordination for advanced booking or client communication. We are looking for someone who combines technical proficiency with creative flair and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, artificial nail application (gels, acrylics), and fills.
- Create intricate and artistic nail designs using various techniques, including hand-painting, stamping, and embellishments.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired nail shape, color, design, and any specific nail health concerns.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in the workspace and with all tools and equipment.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to extend the life of their manicure/pedicure.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, products, and techniques through industry publications and training.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician.
- Proficiency in various nail enhancement products and application techniques (e.g., gel polish, acrylics, hard gel).
- Exceptional artistic talent and a portfolio showcasing creative nail designs.
- Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, diseases, and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build client loyalty.
- Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work model, including potential remote client communication tasks.
