Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF FASHION & CURRENT TRENDS
PREVIOUS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
Build and implement product lines consistent with company vision & brand
Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Leading product managers and coordinating with design, production, and other teams.
Incorporating feedback and input from customers, and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
Understand the competition and customer by market.
Prepare information for line reviews
Plan entire line by season with team and place with vendors overseas, seeing from start to finish.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Experience in product lifecycle management
Strong analytical ability and retail math acumen
Organizational and leadership abilities
Keen fashion sense and trend forecasting ability
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Proficient in Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain attention to detail
