Elite Associates is partnering with a contemporary fashion brand renowned for its distinctive identity, strong craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience.

On behalf of an international Fashion & Luxury brand, we are looking for a Production Planner.

Key Responsabilities

• Plan and monitor production activities, ensuring adherence to the seasonal production calendar and Sales requirements.

• Translate commercial forecasts, Bills of Materials (BOM) and consumption data into seasonal production plans and order quantities, ensuring the appropriate balance between demand, material availability and production capacity.

• Define and update the production plan in collaboration with Procurement, Product Development, suppliers and manufacturing partners, continuously monitoring any deviations from planned timelines.

• Identify production delays or critical issues in a timely manner, implementing the necessary re-planning activities and corrective actions.

• Liaise daily with suppliers, factories and manufacturing partners, monitoring production progress and ensuring continuous alignment with internal teams.

• Manage production orders with manufacturing partners, verifying costs, lead times, contractual documentation and the accuracy of all supporting documentation.

• Work closely with internal teams (Product Development, Procurement, Quality and Logistics) to ensure the proper management of information flows and production-related documentation.

• Calculate order quantities based on Bills of Materials (BOM), unit consumption, size grading and production loss allowances, validating purchase orders in collaboration with Procurement.

• Monitor deliveries, coordinate inbound shipments and evaluate supplier performance, preparing reports and KPI analyses to support production planning activities.

• Support the continuous development of planning processes and tools, contributing to the implementation and improvement of the company’s ERP and planning systems.

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain roles within the fashion industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, Supply Chain processes and production progress monitoring across external manufacturing partners.

• Good understanding of fashion raw materials, consumption logic, Bills of Materials (BOM) and the main production planning processes.

• Experience managing relationships with suppliers, factories and international manufacturing partners.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems; familiarity with production planning tools would be considered an advantage.

• Fluent English, essential for managing daily communication with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Availability to travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis, production planning and data management would be considered an advantage.
