Job Summary:Established in 2019 by Landmark Group, Styli is GCC’s e-commerce getaway for trendy fashion. Scaling fast and offering over 40,000 styles for men, women and kids, sourced from across the globe, Styli aims to bring the latest in fashion to our customers! Styli is in the process of scaling its private label business. As the strategic project manager, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of all strategic projects. This role combines deep understanding of data analytics and project management methodologies to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies.
Qualification and Skillsets:
• Masters in Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience of working in a consulting firm in the past is preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure
