As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the wider team on the shop floor. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will combine expert product knowledge with strong commercial awareness, helping to drive sales performance and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail.

The Role:

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience in line with the brand's luxury standards
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships through exceptional clientelling
  • Drive individual sales performance and support the wider team in achieving targets
  • Act as a product expert, providing styling advice and brand storytelling
  • Mentor and support junior team members on the shop floor
  • Assist with stock management, replenishment and boutique operations
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
  • Support management with daily floor leadership and team development

Requirements:

  • Experience within premium or luxury retail, ideally in a senior sales role
  • Strong clientelling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent product knowledge and styling ability
  • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Confident, proactive and commercially minded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
