Our Galerie du Roi Boutique occupies one of Brussels' most iconic 19th century arcades, at the very heart of the city's historic centre, where locals and travellers from every corner of the world cross paths each day. Working on a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability, as part of our seven day boutique operation, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Advisor ready to make this floor genuinely their own.

1. A Floor You Will Make Your Own
- Represent the Maison daily as a senior ambassador, with the latitude to exercise real judgement, in styling, in recommendation, in care, etc
- Welcome and guide clients as they discover the brand, drawing on instinct rather than script.
- Follow our selling ceremony as a foundation, while bringing your own warmth and discernment to every step of the journey.
- Cultivate a client following of your own through disciplined clienteling, and watch these relationships grow into a following that is genuinely yours over time.
- Use our digital tools and internal application to refine your clienteling practice and enrich the client relationship.
2. Trusted, From Day One
- Be the person our Store Manager can turn to. This is a role founded on trust, not supervision.
- Take ownership of administrative tasks, supply orders, and coordination with general services, so the store runs smoothly and your colleagues remain free for their clients.
- Support our dedicated Visual Merchandising and stock specialists in their craft, contributing your own eye and precision.
- Become the reference your colleagues turn to when something needs attention quickly.

4. Your Profile
You bring at least 5 to 7 years in premium or fashion retail, and a genuine passion for the sector.
You are energised, not depleted, by a fast pace and several clients at once.
You read people with ease, and your warmth and conviction are authentic, never performed.
You are hands on and deeply client-focused, taking real satisfaction in your store's success and in that of your colleagues.
You are optimistic, precise, and genuinely drawn to a dynamic, high-energy environment, not merely tolerant of it.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. An additional language is warmly welcomed, our clients will love you for it !
