Role Description
Our flagship store on Via Sant'Andrea sits at the heart of Milan's luxury district – where we build lasting relationships with a discerning international clientele. You will be an ambassador of SO-LE STUDIO in store: guiding clients through a personalized purchase experience, driving sales performance, and embodying the brand's aesthetic and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience that reflects SO-LE STUDIO's positioning in the luxury market
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with an international clientele
- Drive store KPIs and contribute actively to revenue targets
- Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and store organization
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest luxury standards
- Execute retail operations including cash handling, returns, and back-of-house procedures
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail (jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle)
- Fluent English and Italian are mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Strong sales instinct with a consultative, relationship-first approach
- Polished presentation and natural affinity with luxury clientele
- Team player who takes initiative and works well under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by store needs
