A Spectacular Lodge in the Greater Knysna Area is looking for a SENIOR SPA THERAPIST.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
Treatments include but are not limited to massages, facials, and pedicure and manicure.
A valid license to practice as a massage therapist.
Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
Guest service and relations.
Maintaining high hygiene standards.
Equipment maintenance.
Maintaining stock levels.
Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer.
Basic reception work in the spa.
Candidate Requirements:
Have formal training from an accredited institution.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff.
Communication skills with guests and fellow staff members.
Well organized and likes to work in a clean environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.
Must show initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staff.
Adhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service.
Passionate about guest satisfaction.
Honest and must have good integrity.
Live-in position.
