Senior Spa Therapist
Schedule:
9:45am – 6:15pm. 1 full weekend off a month.
Opportunity
We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistently exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified. TEMPLE SPA, ELEMIS training, and experience would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests.
- Help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in guest service.
- Carry out a variety of treatments including massage.
- Be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring every guest’s visit to the Spa is memorable.
- Consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and deliver high quality, exceptional treatments.
- Support the manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high quality spa services.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified.
- Experience or training with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS is an advantage.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and ability to work as part of a team.
