We’re looking for a Senior Store Manager who can turn strategy into action, elevate store operations, and lead from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set the gold standard for service and ensure every interaction reflects our brand.
  • Handle complex customer situations with confidence and care.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Monitor performance, spot opportunities, and close gaps fast.
  • Use data and insights to maximize revenue and optimize product performance.
  • Lead the execution of promotions and campaigns that deliver real impact.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure consistency across all store sections.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and accurate inventory control.
  • Lead audits, manage discrepancies, and protect operational efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and senior staff.
  • Create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan to staff strategically to meet business demands and peak periods.
  • Ensure store presentation is always on point and commercially effective.
  • Lead in-store campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Continuously enhance product visibility and the overall shopping experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee financial accuracy across transactions and POS operations.
  • Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to inform smart decisions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years in retail, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in managing teams, sales, and store operations
  • Strong leadership with the ability to develop future leaders
  • Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of retail drivers
  • Analytical thinker who turns data into action
  • Confident decision-maker in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in workforce planning and operational efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with POS and inventory systems
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
