About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international expansion strategies for fashion and textile markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights research.
- Advise on entry strategies for new regions, including distribution channels, partnerships, and market positioning.
- Guide senior management on business model optimization, pricing strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Support international partnerships, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, brand positioning, and global competitiveness.
- Mentor internal teams on strategic decision-making, market trends, and international best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the fashion and textile industry, with deep knowledge of global markets.
- Proven expertise in international business strategy, market entry, and growth planning.
- Strong network in fashion, luxury, and textile sectors across international markets.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of influencing executive leadership and driving actionable results.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or Textile Management preferred.
