Job Description:
As a Manager/Senior Stylist, you will oversee the salon’s day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest standards of hairdressing and customer service are maintained. A combination of managerial duties with hands-on styling work makes this job ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about both the craft and business aspects of hairdressing.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve and surpass business targets.
-Provide exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and consultation services.
-Manage staff scheduling, training, and development.
-Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and salon upkeep.
-Implement marketing and promotional strategies with the marketing team.
-Handle administrative duties ( financial management and reporting).
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Cultivate a positive, productive salon environment.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a stylist with a proven track record of leadership roles.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Expertise in a wide range of hair care services, including cutting-edge styling and coloring techniques.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset.
Relevant qualifications in Cosmetology or Hairdressing; additional certification in Salon Management is a plus.
