Position Overview:
Sweet & Sassy® Southlake is seeking a talented and dependable senior stylist to join our fun, lively team! This role is ideal for an experienced stylist with at least 5 years of experience, who loves working with kids and creating magical experiences. The ideal candidate must be confident in cutting hair for both boys and girls of all hair types, as well as skilled in braiding, styling, and updos.
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, smiley, and great at engaging with both parents and children to make every visit special. This is a weekend-required position, with availability for most weekdays, especially during the summer months. If you’re a reliable stylist who shows up on time, delivers consistent results, and excels at upselling services to drive revenue, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional haircuts for all hair types, along with fun, stylish finishes like braids and updos.
Create kid-friendly spa experiences, including Sweet Treat manicures and pedicures, with nail art.
Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with children and parents to make every visit memorable.
Help drive revenue by confidently recommending and upselling services, products, and add-ons.
Maintain a fun, upbeat, and lively atmosphere, keeping kids entertained and happy throughout their visit.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met for all salon and spa areas.
Who You Are:
Licensed and Experienced Cosmetologist: Required to perform hair and spa services. Able to professionally cut and style all types of girl and boy hair.
Energetic & Bubbly: You bring the energy, enthusiasm, and smiles every day.
