Our client is a leading retail group who currently seeking a talented Senior Visual Merchandiser to be based in Dubai and support the business growth.
Job Description:
Knowledge of window décor designs and illustrations.
monitor sales performance and optimize VM strategies accordingly.
Develop commercial communication tools and manuals to raise standards in signage and merchandising for window displays and in-store, making sure that the flow of communication between departments is clear.
Manage and coordinate the distributions of relevant materials to stores with the local Retail Teams.
Establish and manage a calendar for merchandising and window dressing.
Prepare cross over brand analysis for monthly retail calls.
Assist the Director on all promotions, special events, and window display programmes.
Create VM packs to communicate visual guidelines, incl. layout principles, visual dressing and signage.
Manage the VM budget and negotiate with suppliers of visual materials.
Qualification:
Previous Visual Merchandising experience within a multi-category luxury fashion house
Strong understanding of luxury retail industry.
Analytical skills
Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
