Position
This position is designed to support the team in maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard of visual merchandising across all boutiques in Korea, in accordance with centrally defined guidelines and reflecting the Brand identity.
Job responsibilities
- Implement VM guidelines regularly in line with global standards, including fashion seasons, events, and special occasions.
- Monitor the VM condition of dedicated stores to meet global standards and conduct Window & Visual lightbox planning.
- Support the team with boutique openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Provide training and support to in-store visual merchandisers on visual merchandising techniques and best practices to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and develop VM guidelines as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to elevate brand desirability by supporting special events and pop-ups.
- Arrange the order of VM props, checking delivery status, and monitoring inventory levels to support the team to meet the timeline
Profile
- Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in the retail industry.
- Analytical skills to conduct VM spending analysis.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site at various store locations as needed.
