What’s a Session Stylist?
Session Stylists are licensed cosmetologists and nail technicians, aka the heart of what we do. As a Session Stylist, you’ll work in a fast paced, team environment with a guaranteed hourly wage, commission and gratuity incentives, and the best products and tools, armed with dedicated, hands-on and web-based training. You’ll also get opportunities you can’t get anywhere else – you can choose to pursue paths on our Bridal Team, as a Trainer, or even part of our leadership team.

Qualifications &
Physical Requirements:
An enthusiastic attitude and a strong worth ethic
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to perform administrative tasks on web-based software, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties
Standing for sustained periods of time and frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level, repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms
Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants
