**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Shampoo Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional hair care services and support to our salon clients.
**Responsibilities:**
*Includes but not limited to…
– Shampoo and condition clients’ hair with precision and care
– Assist stylists with various hair treatments and services
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon stations and equipment
– Greet clients warmly and ensure their comfort during their visit
– Assist in managing inventory of hair care products and supplies
– Follow salon protocols for sanitizing tools and work areas
– Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience
**Requirements:**
– Knowledge or experience in hair care, including shampooing techniques
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from senior staff
– Understanding of basic sanitation practices in a salon setting
– Familiarity with store management, nail care, hair extensions, color theory, barbering, eyelash extensions, or front desk duties is a plus
– Willingness to learn and grow in the beauty industry through mentoring opportunities
