**Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts, color treatments, and styling services to our clients. You will work closely with our salon team to create a welcoming and professional environment that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide expert haircuts, color treatments, and styling services to clients using a variety of techniques.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and styles, and maintain a high level of knowledge of color theory.
– Utilize salon software to manage appointments, inventory, and client information.
– Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and offering recommendations to clients.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
– Work effectively with other team membera to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
– Participate in continuing education and training to expand skills and knowledge.
– Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized services.
**Qualifications:**
– Must have a strong background in hairdressing and an understanding of color theory.
– Experience with retail sales.
– Proficiency in using salon software to manage appointments and client information.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
– Ability to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**Skills:**
– Installing hair extensions is a plus but not necessary
– Waxing
