We are seeking a skilled and passionate Shampoo Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ experience while providing outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities
Shampoo and massage each salon guest during their scheduled service.
Assist the team in keeping the salon clean and presentable for our guests.
Communicate with our guests about products and services available to them.
Work with the salon professionals to upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty goals.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise and best practices within the beauty industry.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications .
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
