Job Description
Vaughan Diann Is looking for Shampoo Technicians. We are a very fast paced, high energy salon and spa.
Salon or Spa Experience would be beneficial for both of us but not a requirement.
There is a base pay ($15/Hour), plus tips! (Tips are cashed out and the end of each shift)
Hours Needed: Afternoon/Evenings (4 or 5pm-8:30pm). We are also open Saturdays (9am-3pm)
Must have reliable transportation and be on time & ready for a fast paced work day.
If attending cosmetology school, we can work around your schedule!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet clients with a friendly smile and walking them to the proper station.
Keep the salon front, stylist station and shampoo area clean and maintained; ensuring, supplies are continuous stock, including washing towels.
Provide assistance to clients and stylists.
Provide advice to clients in regards to products sold by the salon.
Responsible for shampooing, conditioning and rinsing clients’ hair; and massaging clients’ scalps during shampoos.
Rinse shampoo bowls after shampoos, especially when rinsing color from clients’ hair.
