Shift Lead
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused shift lead.
The duties include:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the scoop shop during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise team members.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Able to open and close proficiently and in timely manners.
- Handle a cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Work independently during slow hours and closing shifts.
- Work well with team members.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or food service preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and daily responsibilities.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
- Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
