Job Summary
The Shoe Caddie is a critical role that sets Hair Saloon apart from other men’s grooming companies. You provide an uncommon level of service while connecting our clients to the Barber Shop experience of yesterday with a complimentary shoeshine. Shoe Caddies at Hair Saloon provide a first-class customer experience by blending an exceptional eye for detail with a knack for interaction and conversation.
The Shoe Caddie position at Hair Saloon is a part-time role, perfect for students with limited availability. We offer afternoon and weekend (Saturday only) hours. This is a perfect role for nurturing the early seeds of exceptional customer service and communication, two of the most sought-after skills in today’s professional workforce. Responsibilities
- Provide first-class, complimentary shoe shine service for each and every guest who visits Hair Saloon
- Understand and follow Hair Saloon’s standard operating procedures
- Provide and deliver a first-class experience following Hair Saloon standards
- Comfortable using a computer handling client transactions using a computer-based POS system when needed
- Manage guest traffic including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and following check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist in general cleaning and laundry duties
Qualifications
- Some High school education or equivalent
