Overview:
My client, an established womenswear retailer, currently has an opportunity for an experienced photo Shoot Production Assistant to join them in a vibrant and exciting role. Previous experience in a similar role for a fashion retailer is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the production team across all stages of photo shoot production.
Contribute to the creation of seasonal photo and video shoot production schedules.
Collaborate on editorial concepts to enhance brand storytelling.
Manage relationships with multiple vendors.
Assist with production tasks.
Research and identify photographers, directors, stylists, models, and hair & makeup artists.
Source talent and handle bookings while adhering to budget and adjusting to evolving production schedules.
Support seasonal launch campaigns and ad hoc special projects.
Assist with model bookings
Arrange travel for photo shoots.
Person Specification:
Previous experience in photo shoot production for a fashion retailer/brand is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to build relationships and streamline processes.
Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
