TheAWWG Internship programis an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer. This is a 6 months program, wtih the possibility to extend other 6 months and join the company after that period.
The project!The Shop in Shop (SIS) Intern is the first step to get the knowledge about the ECI business in terms of VM, leadership, administrative processes and create new initiatives.
You will provide support at the VM level within ECI, calculating store capacities and also group all the information at the staff level of all the brands of the group in ECI. You will also be responsible for the distribution of the ECI staff.
What will the role entail?
Upload pictures of all brands through different platforms to ensure all stores receive VM directives.
Support with the VM presentations and reports.
Ordering and tracking of material (pos) wholesale
VM Props:contacting suppliers to develop new props. Search for materials and decorative elements according to brand and project. Managing quotations.
Campaign Images for each brand Seasonal: monitoring the reception of campaign images in store
Manage content from Teams, sharepoint & SIQ platforms
Update cluster of all brands of the group per season
Updating os database, daily review of staff information
Uniformity protocols under demand for all brands
Adaptation and development of the weekly newsletter for AWWG. Publish and share communication through SIQ
Analysis and updating sales documents

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Great use of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Passion for the world of retail and fashion
Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must!
