Job Responsibility
Coordinate end-to-end order processing, from preparation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment, smooth operations, and high customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service standards.
Familiarize yourself with all product information to effectively assist customers and ensure accurate order processing.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
Lead and manage operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and morale.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and accuracy to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the F&B industry, demonstrating expertise in operations management.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or other relevant software applications.
Strong leadership and management skills, demonstrated by the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
5 days and 6 days every alternate week.
