Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our customers through your expertise in hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims using various techniques such as straight razor and hair threading.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Utilize color theory knowledge to assist clients with hair coloring options when applicable.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and cosmetology to provide clients with modern styles and techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Proficiency in various barbering techniques, including straight razor shaving, hair cutting, and styling.
Familiarity with front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
