Company Description Broadway Holdings is the parent company of the Off Broadway bar and Broadway Cafe brands, operating in Fukuoka city Japan since 1993. Currently the company owns and operates two locations. Broadway Cafe in Hakata Bayside place and Off Broadway Burger+Bar in Tenjin. Both brands reflect the founders New York city roots and love of arts, musicals and American food culture. The company has secured a venue in north Tenjin as a part of the City's most exciting redevelopment, and re-branding campaign in support of youth sports and family friendly areas. We will be one of only two restaurants within the soon to open North Tenjin Skatepark facility.

Role Description

The Off Broadway Park Café is a newly constructed 40‑seat venue located inside Fukuoka City’s newest indoor skateboard and youth sports facility. The café features a lunch service counter, a separate bar counter, and a flexible dining space suitable for large groups, parties, and live events. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager / Head Chef to lead all kitchen and shop operations. This role combines hands‑on cooking with full responsibility for daily management, staff leadership, menu development, and customer service. 

Off Broadway Park Café は、福岡市の新しい屋内スケートボード・ユーススポーツ施設内に新設された40席の飲食店舗です。ランチ用サービスカウンターと独立したバーカウンターを備え、大人数の利用やパーティー、ライブイベントにも対応できる柔軟な空間設計となっています。 

本ポジションでは、キッチン業務と店舗運営の両方を統括する、経験豊富で意欲の高いショップマネージャー/ヘッドシェフを募集します。調理、スタッフ管理、メニュー開発、サービス品質管理など、店舗運営全般を担う重要な役割です。 

 

Qualifications

Professional cooking experience (1+ years preferred) 

Experience managing a kitchen or small restaurant 

Ability to lead and train staff 

Basic understanding of cost control and operations 

Japanese communication ability (daily level) 

English communication ability preferred 

調理経験(1年以上が望ましい) 

キッチンまたは小規模店舗の管理経験 

スタッフの指導・育成能力 

基本的な店舗運営・コスト管理の理解 

日本語での日常会話能力 

英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
