This role is onsite at HYPEACH Corporate HQ in Irvine, and is part time with the ability to grow into full time capacity.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage all Shopify web & APP functionality for HYPEACH.com and digital properties.
- Assist in managing performance marketing channels including email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty and rewards
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience everyday for our customers by managing the website and app user experience and conversion funnel flow
- Manage web and app product and collection merchandising
- Help managing inventory counts and forecasting and monitor customer / operational data
- Drive improvements in overall service levels, transactional efficiencies & customer retention
- Assist in managing customer support and fulfillment and operations tied to the ecommerce platform
- Weekly / monthly reporting and analytics for marketing channels that you support
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of digital marketing and/or ecommerce experience is preferred
- Experience in women’s fashion/apparel retail ecommerce is required
- College degree is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Docs, Slack, Canva and other team platforms.
- Experience working in email systems such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience working in digital marketing systems like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience working in Shopify in the retail vertical
- Team player with a high level of accountability
- Desire to be a part of a high-performing team in a start-up environment
- Working remotely not an option for this position
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
