We require a candidate with a strong secretarial or administrative background who is comfortable working behind the scenes as much as they are engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Back-Office Management: Full ownership of order processing, supplier/client correspondence, and updating online platforms.

 Operations: Maintain accurate digital files and administrative records with meticulous attention to detail.

 Sales Support: Drive repeat business by managing client relationships over the phone and providing professional service.

 Showroom Presence: Assist in presenting collections to clients in the showroom during peak periods.

What We Are Looking For

 Strong Administrative Foundation: Proven experience in a secretarial, office management, or operations role is mandatory.

 Tech-Savvy: Expert user of digital platforms and office software.

 Superior Communication: Professional, articulate, and confident in telephone sales and client outreach.

 Languages: Excellent English; fluency in Italian is a significant advantage.

 Fashion Enthusiast: A genuine interest in the apparel industry.
