Job Overview:
Azazie is looking for a full-time Showroom Assistant to join our PR/Influencer teams! This role will support the brand team with tasks related to showroom operations and activities to support marketing efforts. The Showroom Assistant will be able to build a solid foundation in key fashion skills, gain hands-on experience, and make industry connections.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with influencer outreach and follow-up via social media DMs
- Support the team with placing influencer orders
- Setup and execution of events and activations (onsite and offsite)
- Conduct prospective influencer research and build outreach lists
- Create look books of available inventory or curated for a specific event
- Support with showroom events and fittings as needed
- Prep, steam and manage the inventory for the showroom
- Organize and separate samples according to production needs and workflow stages, including video shoots, social media content, and preparation for return to the warehouse.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of samples from arrival to return, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Sample Room and Warehouse
- Maintain detailed records of all sample-related communication via email, ensuring traceability and accountability. Maintain knowledge of location and status of samples at any given time throughout the video shoot process.
- Ensure that all samples are photo ready and accurately labeled following the shot list and deliver samples for on-location shoots as needed

Qualifications:
- A degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related field.
- Strong interest in the fashion/retail industry
- Extremely organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with VIP/Talent when necessary

Physical Requirements:
