Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Design & Showroom Assistant at Portfolio Kitchen & Home. The Design & Showroom Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, communicating design concepts, and providing exceptional customer service. The assistant will also support showroom operations and contribute to sales efforts.
Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills
Experience in showrooms and retail sales
Ability to create an engaging and welcoming environment
Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
Knowledge of design and home improvement trends
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus
