Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Kandy District for a Showroom Assistant. The Showroom Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, managing product displays, and facilitating sales transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring the showroom is presentable and stocked, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and effective customer interaction skills
- Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse customers
- Experience in managing Showrooms and providing on-site support
- Skills in Sales and Retail Sales with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing the customer experience
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Previous experience within the IT or retail industry will be advantageous
