Job Summary
CLIENT, a luxury outdoor furniture company is seeking a Showroom Assistant for its Miami Flagship Store.
The Showroom Assistant is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience and providing all support needed to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Organize the agenda of the showroom manager coordinating appointments with designers/ order in or collect food and beverages when needed.
- Maintain the showroom cleanness and organized after every customer’s visit or meetings held
- Attend phone calls and answer emails in an extremely professional manner
- Help the showroom manager with drawings for ongoing projects
- Order showroom supplies when needed and ensure sample displays are replenished and presentable

- Professional appearance and demeanor (smart casual dress code is required)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for design
- Advanced user of design programs (such as Autocad, Sketchup, Revit or similar)
