Job Description & Summary

As a Showroom Assistant – BMW Motorrad, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting the sales process, managing merchandising, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the BMW Motorrad brand image. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Providing product information and guiding customers through motorcycles, accessories, and lifestyle items on display.
  • Developing strong knowledge of BMW Motorrad products and their key features to confidently respond to customer inquiries.
  • Managing merchandising elements, ensuring accurate display and organization of all accessories and lifestyle items.
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control for accessories and showroom supplies.
  • Supporting the sales team with lead management, documentation of inquiries, test drive requests, and service appointments.
  • Maintaining showroom cleanliness, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing environment that reflects the brand.
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as updating customer records, managing showroom paperwork, and ensuring digital content screens are properly maintained.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email, and providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assisting in event coordination and on-ground activations in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Setting up promotional materials and maintaining consistent brand presentation across all showroom touchpoints.
  • Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ensuring full adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong interest in the BMW Motorrad brand and motorcycle culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes and customer service protocols.

Comprehensive Knowledge of

  • Fluent in English and Arabic – written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Understanding of customer service standards and techniques.
  • Familiarity with retail showroom operations and merchandising practices.
  • Basic technical understanding of motorcycles and their features (a plus).
