Requirements
We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about providing our customers with the best showroom experience. You’ll work in our showroom in Aarhus and report to the Showroom Manager.
This role is part-time and Showroom-based – 0-15 hours per week.
Working schedule: The possible shifts could be in between Monday-Friday 10-18 and Saturday 10-15 and/or Sunday 10-14.
Main Tasks:
Advise and guide the customers in the showroom
Ensure that every client receives personalized assistance and is treated with respect
Help calculate price estimates for the customers
Assist the sales team with answering the telephone and providing email customer support
Ensure the execution of exhibition-related tasks including brewing coffee, refilling soda, daily cleaning in the showroom, ongoing care of exhibited kitchens etc.
Perform daily tasks to keep the showroom in optimal condition
Assist our PR and Marketing team with events in the showroom with practical tasks

Requirements
Someone who can provide an outstanding and welcoming service to our customers
Someone who can foster a positive customer experience
Experience with working in a store/showroom
Availability to work on weekends – This is important as many of our customers visits
the showroom on Saturdays/Sundays
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to understand clients’ needs and offer appropriate design solutions
Proficiency in computer software, including Mac, PC, and Microsoft Office
