Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Showroom Coordinator to join our client’s Showroom team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to wearing many hats. Assist with entering orders, inventory orders, helping with prices, and helping to merchandise the showroom. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities Of The Showroom Coordinator
Process customer orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Ensure the showroom is impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Stay updated on the product catalog and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Assist in inventory management and the replenishment of showroom merchandise.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.
Qualifications For The Showroom Coordinator
Previous fashion experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for order processing – basic Excel.
Saturday availability (twice a month).
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
