Window Fashions of Texas is a family-owned, family-operated business specializing in high-end custom window treatments. We are looking for a polished, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our brand.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients in our showroom with a warm, professional presence
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and help schedule appointments
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain showroom appearance and keep displays fresh and organized
- Assist with client communication and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish
- Help manage vendor samples, materials, and light administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, polished demeanor
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A passion for interior design, home building, or decor is a big plus
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (email, CRM, scheduling tools)
- Previous customer service or showroom experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
