The Showroom Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customer at the beautiful new Pella showroom. The coordinator will be responsible for understanding customer's needs and wants and presenting respective solutions. This person will also be responsible for entering and updating customer information in the Pella Salesforce system. This position will be an ambassador, guiding customers through a first-hand experience of our brand, products and digital tools. The coordinator will also be the first line in starting the quoting process for the sales representative they are working with in the showroom.
