ResponsibilitiesIn order to meet the President’s objectives, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for developing the profitability of the Showroom through his actions on:
Developing turnover
Development of the project transformation rate
Staff management
Upkeep of the showroom
Building the loyalty of existing customers and attracting new ones
Managing the showroom back office
Detailled Tasks
Check and organize the showroom:
Ensure that the showroom is properly maintained and put forward ideas to the management regarding organization and merchandising
Cleanliness/tidiness: storage areas, sales area, shop front
Maintenance of equipment: lighting, communication, air conditioning, security
Packaging: use and management
Service Quality And Commercial Policy
Guarantee the quality of service in line with the reputation of the brand and products
Follow up interior design and decoration projects, ensuring that the image and vision of the Artistic Direction are respected
Monitor quote indicators
Special operations: implementation of specific operations communicated by the Management
Organization and conducting events in or outside the showroom, in conjunction with the Communications department and the Art Direction
Monitor stock levels of “small items”: candle holders, throws, candles, etc.
Customer loyalty and development in collaboration with the Sales Department:
Staff training
Follow-up each consultant’s projects
Set up client files for each consultant
Management of the CRM, follow-up and updating client files
Management Of Point-of-sale Personnel
Establishing requirements according to the schedules of projects, holidays, absences, opening hours: basic needs, balancing after the Management’s agreement.
Staff training: reception and dress in the spirit of the brand, optimization of the level of each project, management of complaints, product training.
Administrative management of the subsidiary: link with the head office, banks, accounting firms
Protection And Security Of Goods And People
He/she will work under the direct hierarchical subordination of the European Sales Management and the President of the Company.
The Showroom Manager :
Will have authority over all the showroom staff.
Will ensure the necessary functional links with the managers of the various departments at the head office:
Design Service
Design Department
Customer Service
Accountancy
Communication
IT
Prerequisites
Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent job
Sensitive to the world of architecture and design
Staff managing experience
Languages: English, French is a plus
Software: Netsuit, Autocad is a plus
The Job
To be filled immediately
Salary according to experience
Schedules: 37.5h per week (9:30am – 6:00pm)
You will have to work around 1 on 3 Saturdays
