Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, organized Showroom Assistant to join our Los Angeles showroom team at the California Market Center (CMC). This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining real-world experience in wholesale fashion, showroom operations, sales support, and customer relations.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our showroom running smoothly while supporting our Account Executives and Sales Representatives with daily operations, customer communications, and market preparation.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the overall appearance, organization, and presentation of the showroom
- Receive, tag, organize, and maintain showroom samples while removing discontinued styles
- Support the sales team during Los Angeles Markets, trade shows, and while representatives are traveling
- Assist with customer outreach, follow-up communications, and account support as needed
- Support customer service requests, including returns (RAs), order inquiries, and general account assistance
- Utilize CRM and wholesale management systems to maintain customer records, sales activity, and account information
- Assist with order processing, data entry, and administrative support across multiple sales platforms
- Help prepare sales materials, line sheets, and showroom resources for appointments and markets
- Coordinate sample shipments, inventory organization, and showroom merchandising
- Assist with showroom setup, market preparation, and event breakdown
- Support the team with various operational and administrative needs throughout the day
What You’ll Bring
- Strong interest in fashion, wholesale, sales, or merchandising
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 0–3 years of experience preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
