PINKO showroom in Athens is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Associate to join its team.
The role combines back office, sales and support with wholesale clients across Greece and Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Back Office & Sales Support
- Order entry, organization, and archiving
- Monitoring deliveries and shipment updates to clients
- Managing reorders and stock availability
2. Showroom Support
- Assisting during seasonal sales campaigns and sample presentations
- Organizing and maintaining the showroom and collections
- Liaising with buyers during appointments
3. Client Engagement & Market Insight
- Visiting existing and potential wholesale clients
- Supporting day-to-day client communication
- Gathering market feedback and tracking trends and competitor activity
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in wholesale sales, showroom, or sales support (fashion preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office tools
- Highly organized, accurate, and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English language
