About the Role:
Our client, a leader in the luxury industry, is seeking a Showroom Sales Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling premium kitchen and home appliance solutions within a showroom environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong luxury sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for high-end brands, which will align successfully in the organization.
About the Requirements
- Manage showroom operations, greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and effectively present features, benefits, and brand value to customers, designers, and architects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering a consultative luxury sales experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Ensure showroom visual standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines while coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
About You
- Previous experience in showroom sales within luxury brands, preferably home appliances or kitchen solutions.
- Strong passion for high-end products with excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Background in interior design or kitchen design is highly preferred.
