Position: Full-Time Sign Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop sign concepts from initial sketches to final production-ready files.
Create permit drawings, fabrication drawings, and production files for print and router.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs.
Employ CAD software (bonus) for detailed technical drawings and accurate project specifications.
Ensure designs meet industry standards, comply with regulations, and align with client specifications.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sign design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW is required.
Experience with CAD software is a bonus.
Strong ability to create detailed permit and fabrication drawings.
Familiarity with sign manufacturing process.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
