These new &diverseroles are responsible for deploying our engagement activity across social media, partner training & event plans and delivering virtual skin consultations for the full Harpar Grace portfolio.
As the face of our Brands, the Skin & Activation specialist is a pivotal role to be able to bring expertise and knowledge alive across an omni channel approach. We are looking for a candidates with the energy to deliver top quality events, bringingeducationto life.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND ENGAGEMENT
Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts
Key driver in team preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events
Develop high quality, engaging content to deliver across our social media platforms
Conduct consumer skin consultations
Deliver memorable brand experiences to engage prospects/influence rs
Manage & Conduct VIP treatment days
Network across all account channels to support brand penetration & reputation
Organise & Attend account retailing &customer engagementevents
TRAINING
Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brands
Deliver training across the relevant region (South / North West / Ireland) to our accounts & staff
Define & deliver training to enhance retailing performance of accounts where identified
Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices
Developremote trainingcontent where appropriate & liaise with accounts to implement
Design & oversee training plan to meet needs of accounts opened & agree timings
Cultivate a family ethos in all those trained and encouragecommunicationand partnership
Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role
KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
At least 3 years solid experience within the Beauty/ Aesthetics industry as a therapist/training manager
Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent with advanced treatment/modality training preferred
Strong & passionate retail training experience
Experience delivering exquisite & memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests
Experience developing retail skills & performance amongst staff
Strong professional & presentation standards
Confident with IT including CRM systems/power point/outlook/excel.
Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner
Hold a UK driving license
