Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients on skincare products, application techniques, and benefits. Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and demonstrations. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and industry developments. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by enhancing their
product knowledge
and
sales techniques
. Visit clients, salons, and beauty centers to provide training and support.
Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and guides. Requirements: Proven experience as a Skin Care Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Beauty Educator . Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques . Excellent
communication
and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate teams. Valid driving license is mandatory (as the role requires travel to client locations). Arabic language is a must.
