Responsibilities:
SALES:
KPIs: to achieve personalsales targetsincluding AUS and A£S, to achieve client acquisition and retention targets as set by line manager
To ensure that you achieve or exceedsales targets, as set by your line manager
To proactively sell Skin Design London products and provide an exceptional standard of service to customers and prospect customers
To proactively link sell across products and drive average order value aligned with company expectations
Supporting activity on counter monthly with line manager and marketing support
Driving treatment room bookings with therapists
To ensure that you stay up to date at all times with brand training, messaging and standards
To ensure that you stay up to date with Selfridges policies and procedures at all times
