As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Social and Community Manager to continuing growing our brand and engage directly with our audience across social platforms.
Position Overview
The Social and Community Manager will be responsible for managing daily conversations with our audience and supporting community engagement across major social platforms.
This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of social trends, and the ability to operate in a fast paced ecommerce brand environment. Primary platforms include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day community engagement across social platforms while maintaining a consistent, authentic, and recognizable brand voice.
- Grow and strengthen the brand’s online community by building meaningful relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives through timely community communication, engagement, and follow-up.
- Monitor community sentiment, feedback, conversations, and trends, and share actionable insights with internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in community management and social media.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to represent a consistent brand voice
- Organized and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
